Daily Bible Verse For Sunday 27th July 2025 Message
“Be not rash with thy mouth, and let not thine heart be hasty to utter any thing before God: for God is in heaven, and thou upon earth: therefore let thy words be few.”
Today’s Message
This verse teaches us the importance of reverence and wisdom in prayer and speech before God. God is holy, all-knowing, and sovereign—He’s not impressed by empty words or thoughtless promises. Ecclesiastes 5:2 reminds us to approach God with awe, not with noise or haste.
Too often, people speak carelessly in prayer—making vows they cannot keep, or treating divine communication like casual conversation. But this verse calls us to be intentional, humble, and reflective. Prayer is not just speaking; it is a holy exchange.
Our words before God should come from a sincere heart, not pressure or pretense. Sometimes the most powerful prayers are few in words but rich in spirit.

I will not make careless promises or speak without wisdom. The Holy Spirit guides my tongue, and my prayers carry power and purpose. In silence or in speech, I honor God’s holy presence. Amen.
